Ms. Heather Lavallee has been the Chief Executive Officer, President, and Director of the company since January 2023. Prior to this, she served as the Chief Executive Officer of the Wealth Solutions business in the company. She also served as the President of the Company’s Tax-Exempt Markets business.

Mr. Donald C. Templin is the Executive vice president and Chief Financial Officer of the company. Prior to this, he worked as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Marathon Petroleum from July 2019 to 2021. Previously, Mr. Templin served various Senior leadership position at PwC.

Mr. Santhosh Keshavan has been an Executive Vice President since 2021 and Chief Information Officer since 2017 of the company. He holds more than 25 years of public and private sector experience as a Transformation Leader. Before joining Voya, he served as an Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer for Regions Bank based in Birmingham, Alabama, from 2010 to 2017. Previously, he served as Vice President for the pricing and cash management division at Fidelity Investments. He held various positions at SunGard Data Systems (now FIS), as Managing Director, International Operations.

Ms. My Chi To has been an Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer of the company since 2022. Prior to this role, she served as Executive Deputy Superintendent of Insurance for the New York State Department of Financial Services. She also worked with Debevoise & Plimpton LLP for 21 years, comprising 14 years as a partner in the firm’s Restructuring Group and Global Insurance Practice.

Ms. Christine Hurtsellers has been the Strategic Advisor to the CEO of the company since 2024. Previously, she served as the Chief Executive Officer at Voya Investment Management from 2016 to 2024. Previously, she served as the Chief Investment Officer of Fixed Income at Voya Investment Management. Earlier, he worked as the Senior Portfolio Manager at Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corp.
