Ms. Heather Lavallee is the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company. Prior to this, she served as the Chief Executive Officer of the Wealth Solutions business at the company. She also served as the President of the Company’s Tax-Exempt Markets business.

Mr. Michael R. Katz has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since January 2025. Previously, he served as the Chief Strategy, Planning, and Investor Relations Officer at the company. Earlier Mr. Katz served as the senior vice president, and head of investor relations and enterprise financial planning and analytics of the company.

Mr. Santhosh Keshavan has been an Executive Vice President of the company since 2021 and is its Chief Information Officer since 2017. He holds more than 25 years of public and private sector experience as a Transformation Leader. Before joining Voya, he served as an Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer for Regions Bank based in Birmingham, Alabama, from 2010 to 2017. Previously, he served as Vice President for the pricing and cash management division at Fidelity Investments. He held various positions at SunGard Data Systems (now FIS), as Managing Director, International Operations.

Mr. Trevor Ogle has been the Chief Legal Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since May 2025. Prior to this, he served as the Deputy General Counsel at Voya’s legal department. Previously, he served as the Head of Corporate Development and then as its Chief Strategy and M&A Officer of the company.

Mr. Jacques M. Longerstaey is the Chief Risk Officer and Executive Vice President of the company. Previously, he served as the Chief Risk Officer at Nuveen and head of Financial Risk for the TIAA parent. Earlier, he was the Chief Investment Risk and Model Risk Officer of Wealth and Investment Management at Wells Fargo Bank. He has also held senior positions at the State Street Global Advisors and Putnam Investments.
