Mr. Yeagy has been the Chief Executive Officer, President and Director of the company since 2016. Prior to this, he served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of the company from 2016 to 2018. Previously, Mr. Yeagy served as the Vice President and General Manager of Commercial Trailer Products of the company. He also served at Delco Remy International, Rexnord Corporation.

Mr. Patrick Keslin has been the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since September 2024. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President, Finance, Senior Director of Business Finance, Senior Director of Finance – Commercial Trailer Products and Director of Finance – Diversified Products Group of the company. Previously, Mr. Keslin Director of Finance at Honeywell from 2001 to 2017. Currently, Mr. Patrick serves as a Director and Treasurer for Bauer Family Resources in Lafayette, Indiana.

Mr. Donald Winston has been the Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since January 2025. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President of Global Operations of the company. Previously, Mr. Winston served as the Vice President of Operations at Novolex. Earlier, he also served at Novolex, Closure Systems International, Ardagh Group, and Ford Motor Company.

Ms. Kristin Glazner has been the Chief Human Resources Officer, Senior Vice President and General Counsel and Secretary of the company since 2018. Prior to this, he served as the Corporate Counsel, Vice President – Human Resources and Legal Administration, and Vice President – Corporate Human Resources, Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer of the company.

Mr. Michael N. Pettit has been the Chief Growth Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since 2024. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of the company. Previously, Mr. Pettit served as the Senior Vice President and Group President of Final Mile Products and Vice President of Finance and Investor Relations of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Director of Finance for Commercial Trailer Products.
