Mr. Larry J. Magee serves as the Chairman of the company. Prior to this, he served as the President of Magee Ventures Group. Previously, he served as Interim Chief Executive Officer of Magnolia Group, LLC from 2017 to 2018. Mr. Magee served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Heartland Automotive Services, Inc. from 2015 to 2016. Prior to this, he served as the President and Chief Operating Officer, Senior Vice President, Group President of Commercial Trailer Products, Vice President and General Manager of Commercial Trailer Products, and Vice President of Manufacturing of the company. Mr. Patrick Keslin has been the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since 2024. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President of Finance of the company since 2022. Previously, Mr. Keslin served as the Senior Director of Business Finance, Senior Director of Finance-Commercial Trailer Products, and Director of Finance-Diversified Products Group. He also as the Director of Finance at Honeywell from 2001 to 2017.

Mr. Donald Winston has been the Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since 2025. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President of Global Operations of the company. Previously, Mr. Winston served as the Vice President of Operations at Novolex. Previously, he served at Closure Systems International. Earlier, he also served at Ardagh Group and Ford Motor Company.

Ms. M. Kristin Glazner has been the Chief Administrative Officer, Senior Vice President and Secretary of the company since 2023.
