Mr. Stefano Pessina has been the Chairman of the company since March 2021. Prior to this, he served as Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the company from 2015 to 2021. Previously, he served as the Acting Chief Executive Officer of the company from January 2015 to July 2015. He served as the Executive Chairman at Alliance Boots from July 2007 to December 2014. Earlier, he served as an Executive Deputy Chairman at Alliance Boots and as an Executive Deputy Chairman and Chief Executive officer at Alliance UniChem for three years in 2004.

Mr. Tim Wentworth has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since 2023. Previously, he worked at PepsiCo Inc. and Mary Kay Inc. and then held senior roles at pharmacy benefits manager Medco Health Solutions before mergers with Express Scripts and Cigna.

Mr. Manmohan Mahajan has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since February 2024. Prior to this, he served as a Senior Vice President, Global Controller and Chief Accounting Officer of the company from July 2021 to 2023. Previously, he served as the Assistant Global Controller at the company. Prior to this, he worked at GE Capital in roles including Controller at GE Capital Americas and Assistant Global Controller at GE Capital Commercial Lending. Mr. Mahajan started his career in India within public accounting, including PwC.

Mr. Neal Sample has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer of the company since November 2023. He also served as Chairman of the Board at Wellfield Technologies, Inc., and the Chair of the Board of Trustees for the University of Health Sciences and Pharmacy in St. Louis, Missouri.

Ms. Lanesha Minnix has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer of the company since 2024. Prior to this she served as Executive Vice President, general counsel and corporate secretary at Ecolab.
