Mr. Gregory B. Penner has been the Chairman of the company since 2015. He is an owner of Denver Broncos and has been the Chief Executive Officer of it since 2022. He is also a founder of Madrone Capital Partners LLC and General Partner of it since 2005. Previously, Mr. Penner served as the Vice Chairman of Walmart from 2014 to 2015. He also served as a Senior Vice President and the Chief Financial Officer of Japan at Walmart from 2002 to 2005, and the Senior Vice President for Finance and Strategy of Walmart.com from 2001 to 2002. Prior to 2001, he served as the Financial Analyst of Goldman Sachs & Co and General Partner of Peninsula Capital. Mr. Penner also served as the Director of Baidu Inc from 2004 to 2017 and Hyatt Hotels Corporation from 2007 to 2014.

Mr. John Furner has been the Chief Executive Officer, President, and Director of the company since February 2026. Previously, he was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Walmart US from November 2019 to February 2026. Earlier, John served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Sam’s Club U.S. He served at various position at Walmart including Assistant Store Manager, Store Manager, District Manager, Buyer, Regional General Manager, Divisional Merchandising Manager, Vice President of Global Sourcing, General Merchandise Manager, Head of Marketing and Merchandising for Walmart China based in Shenzhen, and Chief Merchant for Sam’s Club U.S.

Mr. John David Rainey has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since 2022. Currently, he also serves as a Director of PhonePe. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Global Customer Operations of Paypal Holdings, Inc from 2015 to 2022. Previously, he served as an Executive Vice President and the Chief Financial Officer of United Airlines. Mr. Rainey spent a combined 18 years between United and Continental Airlines. He started his career at Ernst & Young LLP.

Mr. Suresh Kumar has been the Chief Technology Officer, Executive Vice President and Chief Development Officer of the company since 2019. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President and General Manager of Display, video, app ads and analytics at Google LLC from 2018 to 2019. Mr. Kumar served as the Corporate Vice President of Cloud Infrastructure and Operations for Microsoft. He also served as the Vice President of technology for Retail Systems and Operations of Amazon. Earlier, he worked with IBM.

Ms. Erin Nealy Cox is the Executive Vice President of Global Governance, Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary of the company. Previously, she served as a partner in Kirkland & Ellis LLP’s Government, Regulatory & Internal Investigations Practice Group. Erin also served as the United States Attorney for the Northern District of Texas. Prior to this, she served as an Executive Managing Director at Stroz Friedberg. Erin has served on the boards of New Friends New Life. She currently serves on the President’s Advisory Board at UT Southwestern Medical Center and as a Tocqueville Society Co-Chair for United Way.
