Mr. Tsai Eng-Meng has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 1987. He has over 48 years of experience in food and beverage industry. Currently, he serves as the council member of the Standing Committee of Taiwan Confectionery, Biscuit and Floury Food Industry Association and the Food Development Association of Taiwan. Mr. Meng also serves as the Director of Want Power Holdings Limited and Top-Quality Group Limited.

Mr. Chu Chi-Wen has been the Chief Financial Officer and Director of the company. Previously, he served as the Assistant Finance Manager at Dialer & Business Co. Ltd from 1996 to 1997. Prior to this, he served as Finance Supervisor at Delta Electronics, Inc. from 1995 to 1996. Prior to this, he served as the Financial Analyst of the Taiwan Provincial Government from 1992 to 1995. Mr. Chu has 32 years of Experience in Financial Management.

Mr. Tsai Wang Chia has been the Chief Operating Officer and Director of the company since 2012. Previously, he served as the Vice President of the Dairy and Beverages Business and the Deputy General Manager of Dairy Business of the company from 2008 to 2009. Earlier, he also held various management positions in the company such as Product Marketing and Planning in the Snack Foods Business Unit and as a Manager in Chairman’s office. He has over 21 years of experience in the food and beverage industry. Mr. Chia also serves as Director of various subsidiaries of the company.

Mr. Huang Yung Sung has been the Chief Marketing Officer and Director of the company since 2015. Prior to this, he served as the Marketing Director of East China region of the company from 2002 to 2015. Prior to this, he served as Director of Group’s International Sales division of the company from 1999 to 2002. Earlier, he served as Group General Manager of the company from 1995 to 1988. Mr. Huang has more than 40 years of experience in sales and marketing Departments. Mr. Huang joined the company in 1985.

Mr. Chen Chien-Chen has been the Chief Purchasing Officer and the Managing Director of Raw Material Procurement Center of the company. He held several positions over the past 28 years in the company, including the Vice Head of the Procurement Department, Head of the Procurement Department, Head of Advertising and Publicity Department, Managing Director of the procurement Division and the Managing Director of the media division of the company. Earlier, he served as Assistant Manager of Purchasing Department of Taiwan Great Wall Enterprise Limited from 1990 to 1997.
