Dr. Flemming Ornskov is the Chairman of the Board of the company. He serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Galderma since October 2019. Dr. Flemming served as an Advisor to the CEO of Takeda Pharmaceutical Company Ltd from January 2019 to March 2019. At Shire Plc, he served as the Chief Executive Officer from April 2013 to January 2019; Chief Executive Officer Designate from January 2013 to April 2013; and Board Member from January 2013 to January 2019. He served as the Chief Marketing Officer and Global Head of Strategic Marketing for General & Specialty Medicine at Bayer AG from 2010 to 2012. Dr. Flemming served as the Global President of Pharmaceuticals and OTC at Bausch & Lomb Inc from 2008 to 2010. He served as the Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Life-Cycle Pharma A/S from 2006 to 2008; and President and Chief Executive Officer of Ikaria Inc from 2005 to 2006. Dr. Flemming also held roles of increasing responsibility at Novartis AG and Merck & Co Inc.

Mr. Udit Batra has been the Chief Executive Officer, President, and Director of the company since September 2020. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Life Science Business of Merck KGaA, Darmstadt, Germany. Prior to that, he was the Chief Executive Officer of Merck KGaA’s Consumer Health Business.

Mr. Amol Chaubal has been the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since May 2021. Prior to this, he was the Chief Financial Officer at Quanterix since 2019 and the Chief Financial Officer of Global Operations at Smith & Nephew since 2017. He also served as the Corporate Vice President and Head of Finance at PAREXEL’s Clinical Research Services and Access businesses since 2015. Mr. Chaubal served as North America Chief Financial Officer and Regional Chief Operating Officer at Brookfield Renewable Energy Group since 2013.
