Mr. James Wates has been the Chairman of the company since 2013. Prior to this, he served as the President of the Chartered Institute of Building, Chairman of the Construction Industry Training Board, and Co-Chairman of Build UK. Currently, he serves as a Director of Argent Services LLP, the Chairman of the CBI Construction Council and BRE (Building Research Establishment) Trust and Co-Chairman of Infrastructure Exports, UK.

Mr. Eoghan O’Lionaird has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since February 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer at James Fisher and Sons plc. He has also held executive positions at Spectris plc, Danaher Corporation, Philips and Mitsui Kinzoku.

Mr. Philip Wainwright has been the Interim Chief Executive Officer of company since July 2022. He also serves as the Director of the company since 2018. Prior to this, he served as a Finance Director of Wilmott Dixon. He also served in various senior financial and operational positions for Byrne Group, Biwater Plc, Laing O’Rourke, National Grid and ED&F Man.
