Mr. Robert J Pagano Jr has been the Chairman of the company since 2022. He has also been the Chief Executive Officer and President of the company since May 2014. Previously, he served as Interim Chief Financial Officer from 2014 to 2015 and from April 2018 to July 2018 at the company. Mr. Pagano served as the Senior Vice President at ITT Corp and the President of ITT Industrial Process from 2009 to 2014.

Mr. Shashank Patel has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since July 2018. Previously, he served as Vice President at Xylem Inc. Prior to Gilbarco Veeder-Root, Mr. Dhawan held senior positions at Xylem Inc. and ITT Corporation.

Mr. Kenneth R Lepage has been the Chief Sustainability Officer of the company since 2021. He also serves as the General Counsel and Secretary at the company since 2008. Previously, he also served as the Chief Human Resources Officer of the company from April 2020 to October 2021.

Ms. Monica Barry has been the Chief Human Resources Officer of the company since 2021. Previously, she served as Vice President, Talent Management, Organizational Development and Corporate Human Resources Business Partner at Colfax Corporation from 2020 to 2021. Ms. Barry also served as Vice President, Global Talent, Learning & Development and Inclusion from 2015 to 2020 and as Vice President, Human Resources, Health Sector from 2012 to 2015 at Johnson Matthey, PLC.
