Mr. Charles M. Sledge has been the Chairman of the company since June 2020 and Director since December 2019. Mr. Sledge served as the Chief Financial Officer of Cameron International Corporation from 2008 until its sale to Schlumberger Limited in 2016. Prior to that, he served as the Corporate Controller of Cameron International Corporation from 2001 until 2008. He currently serves on the boards of directors of Talos Energy Inc, Noble Holding Corporation plc, Templar Energy LLC, Vine Resources and Expro International.

Mr. Girish K. Saligram has been the Chief Executive Officer, President and Director of the company since October 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Operating Officer and President for Global Services of Exterran Corporation from 2016 to 2020. Previously, he spent 20 years with GE as General Manager, Downstream Products & Services for GE Oil & Gas. He also led the GE Oil & Gas Contractual Services business based in Florence, Italy. Before his eight years in the oil and gas sector, he spent 12 years with GE Healthcare in engineering, services, operations, and other commercial roles.

Mr. Arun Mitra has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company since January 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Mitsubishi Power Americas Inc. Before that, he held various finance leadership roles within Siemens in the US and Germany.

Mr. Desmond J. Mills has been the Senior Vice President and the Chief Accounting Officer of the company since 2021. Previously, he served as the Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of the company from March 2021 to November 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Divisional Chief Financial Officer of Integrated Components and Solutions division at Caterpillar Inc from 2020 to 2021. Earlier, he served as Director of Finance at Caterpillar Brasila Ltda from 2015 to 2018.

Mr. Scott C. Weatherholt has been the Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of the company since 2020. Prior to this role, he served as the Senior Vice President and General Counsel at Arena Energy and its affiliates from 2019 to 2020. Previously, he also served as the Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Midstates Petroleum from 2015 to 2019. Previously, he spent 10 years at Samson Resources, where he was Assistant General Counsel. Mr. Weatherholt began his career at the Oklahoma-based law firm Pray Walker as an associate in the energy practice group.
