Mr. Tan Xuguang serves as the Chairman. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of the company. He also serves as the Chairman at Weichai Group Holdings, Shaanxi Heavy-duty Motor Company Limited, Shaanxi Fast Gear Co., Ltd, Weichai Heavy Machinery and a Supervisor at KION Group AG. Previously, she served as the Chief Financial Officer and Head of the finance department at Weichai Heavy-duty Machinery Co., Ltd.; Head of the financial management department at Shandong Heavy Industry Group Co., Ltd.; Chief Financial Officer at China National Heavy Duty Truck Group Company Limited; Director, Chief Financial Officer and Head of the finance department at Sinotruk (Hong Kong) Limited; Head of the finance department and Director at Weichai Group Holdings Limited; Director at Shandong Heavy Industry Group Finance Co., Ltd; and Head of the financial management department of the Company. She currently also serves as the Director at Yangzhou Yaxing Motor Coach Co., Ltd. and Shaanxi Fast Gear Co., Ltd., and Chairman of the supervisory committee at Weichai (Yangzhou) Yaxing Motor Company Limited.
