Mr. Christopher V Criss has been the Chairman of the company. He serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer at Atlas Towing Co. since 1984. Mr. Criss served as a Director of Mountain State Bank. He also served on the board of a regional hospital and an insurance company.

Mr. Jeffrey H. Jackson has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of the company since 2023. He served as the Chief Operating Officer and Senior Executive Vice President of the company since July 2022. Prior to this, Mr. Jackson served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at First Horizon Bank. He also served as the Regional President for the State of Florida and Market President for Southeast Tennessee and Atlanta.

Mr. Daniel K. Weiss has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of the Company since 2022. He joined the Company in 2008 and has held several roles, including Assistant Controller, Corporate Controller, Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer. Mr. Weiss holds 17 years of experience as a licensed Certified Public Accountant.

Mr. Richard K. Laws has been the Chief Legal Officer and Senior Executive Vice President of the company since 2025. He has 25 years of legal experience in private practice and executive in-house roles with financial services organizations, including ING Bank, fsb, and Northwest Bank.

Ms. Jan Pattishall-Krupinski has been the Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer of the company since 2024. Previously, she served as Executive Vice President and Director of Operations of the company.
