Mr. Michael Chaney has been the Chairman of the company since 2015. Prior to this, he also served as the Managing Director and Finance Director of the company. He joined the company as an Administration Manager and Secretary of the company. Previously, Mr. Chaney served as the Chairman of Woodside Petroleum Limited and the National Australia Bank. He also served as the Director of BHP Limited and the Centre for Independent Studies.

Mr. Rob Scott has been the Chief Executive Officer, Managing Director and Director of the company since 2017. Previously, he served as the Managing Director of Wesfarmers Industrials division from 2015 to 2017. Prior to this, he served as the Managing Director of Financial Services of the company. He also served as the Finance Director of Coles.

Mr. Anthony Gianotti has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2017. Prior to this, he served as the Deputy Managing Director of the company from February 2017 to November 2017 and as the Finance Director of the Wesfarmers Industrials division from 2015 to 2017. He also served as its Managing Director and as the Finance Director. Mr. Gianotti also served as the Manager of Investor Relations and Business Projects of the company. Earlier, he served as the Head of Business Development and Strategy for Wesfarmers Insurance in 2005.

Ms. Jenny Bryant has been the Chief Human Resources Officer of the company since 2016. Prior to this, she served as the Human Resource Director of Coles from 2011 to 2015 and as the Business Development Director of Coles. Ms. Bryant also held various human resource roles in Vodafone, Mars and EMI Music including as the Vice President of Human Resources.
