Mr. Kenneth A. Vecchione has been the Chief Executive Officer since April 2018 and President of the company since July 2019. He also serves as the Chairman of the company since June 2026. Previously, he held multiple positions within the company including the non-management Chairman of Western Alliance Bank from January 2014 to December 2015, Vice Chairman of Bank of Nevada from October 2010 to December 2013, and the President and Chief Operating Officer from April 2010 to April 2013. Earlier, he served as the Chief Executive Officer, the President, and a Director of the Encore Capital Group from 2013 to 2017. He held several senior positions at large financial services companies such as the Chief Financial Officer at Apollo Global Management, LLC from 2007 to 2010 and an Executive Vice President and the Chief Financial Officer at AT&T Universal Card Services from 1997 to 1998. Mr. Vecchione also served several positions at MBNA Corporation including Vice Chairman and the Chief Financial Officer between 1998 and 2006.

Mr. Vishal Idnani has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since January 2026. Previously, he was the Managing Director in the Financial Institutions Group at J.P. Morgan.

Ms. Jessica H. Jarvi has been the Chief Legal Officer of the company since 2023. Earlier, she served as the General Counsel with Western Alliance Bank from 2022 to 2023; as a Senior Vice President, and Deputy General Counsel at Western Alliance Bank from 2013 to 2022; and as a Senior Vice President, Corporate Counsel with Western Alliance Bank from 2007 to 2013.

Ms. Emily Nachals has been the Chief Risk Officer of the company since 2019. Previously, she worked as the Executive Vice President and Director of Enterprise Risk Management at IBERIABANK, from September 2011 to September 2019. Prior to this, she worked as the Operational Risk and Internal Control Manager at HSBC, from September 2005 to June 2009.

Mr. Timothy W. Boothe has been the Chief Administration Officer of the company since 2024. Prior to this, Mr. Boothe served as the Chief Operating Officer at Western Alliance Bancorporation from 2019 to 2024. Previously, he served as the President at Bridge Bank, a division of Western Alliance Bank, beginning in 2015. Mr. Boothe was an Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Bridge Bank from 2006 until its acquisition by Western Alliance Bancorporation in 2015. He also served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Lending Officer of Bridge Bank since its inception in 2001.
