Mr. Irving Tan has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since February 2025. Prior to his current role, he served as the Executive Vice President for Global Operations at Western Digital. Previously, he worked at Cisco and held verious leadership positions, including Chairperson for Asia Pacific, Japan, and China; Executive Vice President and Global Chief of Operations; and Sales Leader of Cisco Asia Pacific and Japan. Currently Mr. Tan serves as the Chairman on the board of directors for SATS (Singapore Airport Terminal Services).

Mr. Kris A. Sennesael has been the Chief Financial Officer and an Executive Vice President of the company since May 2025. Before joining Western Digital, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Skyworks Solutions, Inc from 2016 to May 2025. From 2012 to 2016, Mr. Sennesael served as the Chief Financial Officer of Enphase Energy, Inc, and the Chief Financial Officer of Standard Microsystems Corporation from 2009 to 2012. Before 2009, he served in various financial roles at ON Semiconductor Corp. and AMI Semiconductor, Inc.

Ms. Cynthia Lock Tregillis has been the Chief Legal Officer, an Executive Vice President, and the Secretary of the company since February 2025. Before this, she served as a Senior Vice President, the Chief Legal Officer, and Secretary of the company from January 2024 to February 2025; a Senior Vice President and the Deputy General Counsel from July 2021 to January 2024; and a Vice President and the Deputy General Counsel from 2018 to June 2021. Since joining in 2012, she also held other legal positions of increasing responsibility within the company. Prior to join Western Digital, Ms. Tregillis practiced intellectual property and commercial litigation at several law firms from 1995 to 2012, including Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP and McDermott Will & Emery LLP.

Mr. Ahmed M. Shihab has been an Executive Vice President and the Chief Product Officer of the company since March 2025. Prior to join Western Digital, he served as the Corporate Vice President for Azure Storage at Microsoft Corporation from January 2024 to February 2025. From 2016 to January 2024, Mr. Shihab served as the Vice President for infrastructure hardware at Amazon Web Services and as a Senior Vice President and the General Manager at Xyratex.

Mr. Brian Scott Davis has been an Executive Vice President and the Chief Sales and Marketing Officer of the company since February 2025. He served as the Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales, Channel and Regional OEMs of the company from 2013 to February 2025 and as the Vice President of Worldwide Sales from 2003 to 2013. He also served in various sales positions of increasing responsibility at the company from 1988 to 2003.
