Mr. Peter J Bennett has been Chairman of the board since December 2021. Prior to this, he served as Senior Vice President of Permian Resources of Occidental Oil and Gas from April 2018 to April 2020 and as President and General Manager of Permian Resources and Rockies from April 2020 to October 2020. Mr. Bennett also served as President and General Manager of Permian Resources for the New Mexico Delaware Basin from January 2017 to April 2018; Chief Transformation Officer from June 2016 to January 2017, Vice President, Portfolio and Optimization of Occidental Oil and Gas from February 2016 to June 2016 and Vice President of Operations Portfolio and Integrated Planning from October 2015 to February 2016. Currently, he also serves as the President of US Onshore Resources and Carbon Management and Commercial Development at Occidental.

Mr. Oscar K. Brown has been the President, Director, and Chief Executive Officer of the General Partner of the company since 2024. Prior to this, he served as a director on the General Partner's Board since August 2019. He served as a director of Plains All American Pipeline, L.P. Mr. Brown also served as Chief Financial Officer of FREYR Battery.

Ms. Kristen Shults has been the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company since May 2022. Prior to this, she served as a Senior Vice President of Finance and Communications from May 2021 to May 2022 and as Vice President of Investor Relations and Communications from November 2019. Ms. Shults also held various roles at Anadarko's tax organization department since 2015, where she served as Director of Tax Compliance and Reporting and Worldwide Tax Manager. Ms Shultshas started her career at Ernst and Young.

Mr. Daniel P. Holderman has been the Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the company since 2024. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President of South Operations at the company. He was also the Director of Delaware Basin Asset at Occidental. Previously, he held various positions relating to engineering, upstream operations, and commercial at ExxonMobil.

Ms. Catherine A. Green has been the Chief Accounting Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since May 2021. Prior to this, she served as the Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of the company from October 2019 to May 2021. Ms. Green held various positions in accounting and finance at Anadarko, including internal audit, technical U.S. GAAP accounting, internal controls and most recently, served as the Director for Expenditure Accounting. Before joining Anadarko, Ms. Green served at Grant Thornton LLP as an Auditor.
