Mr. Albert J. Neupaver has been the Chairman and a Director of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as an Executive Chairman of the company since 2018 until 2020; and Chairman of the company 2017 to 2018. Mr. Neupaver also served as the Chief Executive Officer of the company from 2013 until 2014; and the President and Chief Executive Officer from 2006 to 2013. Earlier, he also served as the President of the Electromechanical Group of AMETEK Inc from 1998 to 2006. He also served as a Director of Koppers Holdings Inc, and Robbins & Myers, Inc.

Mr. William E. Kassling has been the Vice Chairman and a Director of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as a Director of the company from 2013 until 2020; Chairman from 1997 to 2013; and Chief Executive Officer of Wabtec from 2004 to 2006 and from prior to 1997 to 2001. Mr. Kassling also served as the President of the company from 2004 to 2006 and from prior to 1997 to 1988. Earlier, he served as a Director of Pittsburgh Penguins Inc., Texas Rangers, the Crosby Group, and Wabtec Foundation.

Mr. Rafael Santana has been the Chief Executive Officer, Director, and the President of the company since 2019. Mr. Santana served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of GE Transportation from 2017 until 2019. Earlier, he held various leadership positions at GE. Previously, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of GE Transportation. He served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of GE in Latin America. He also served as President and Chief Executive Officer of GE Oil and Gas Turbomachinery Solutions and Chief Executive Officer for GE Energy in Latin America. Currently he servs as a Director of Travelers Insurance.

Mr. John Olin has been an Executive Vice President and the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Harley-Davidson. Mr. Olin also served as Controller of Kraft Food’s Cheese Division and also held financial leadership roles at Kraft, Oscar Mayer Foods, and Miller Brewing Company. He also held various position in financial services and specialized consulting firms.

Mr. Mastalerz has been the Chief Accounting Officer and Senior Vice President of Finance of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as Senior Vice President, Corporate Controller and Principal Accounting Officer of the company from 2017 until 2020; and as Vice President and Corporate Controller from 2014 to 2017. Mr. Mastalerz also held various executive management roles with the H.J. Heinz Company from 2001 to 2013. He also served as the Senior Manager of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.
