Mr. Terence J. Cryan has been the Chairman of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as Chairman of the board from 2014 to 2016 and as the President and Chief Executive Officer from 2012 to 2013. Mr. Cryan also served as a Director of the Board of Directors of the company from 2006 until 2016. He also served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Global Power Equipment Group Inc. from 2015 to 2017. Earlier, he served as the Managing Director of Concert Energy Partners; and the President and Chief Executive Officer of Medical Acoustics LLC from 2007 until 2010; and prior to 2001 he was Senior Managing Director in the Investment Banking Division at Bear Stearns. Mr. Cryan also serves as a Director and the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Ocean Power Technologies Corporation (OPTT), and the Managing Director of MACCO Restructuring Group, LLC.

Mr. Frank Bakker has been the President, Director, and the Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President and General Manager of Alabama Graphite Products. Mr. Bakker also served as the Chief Executive Officer of US Methanol LLC. Earlier, he also served as the Director of Project at BD Energy, and the Project Manager at Altivia AOC. Mr. Bakker also served as the President, General Manager, and the Chief Executive Officer of OCI Partners LP.

Mr. Steven M. Cates has been the Senior Vice President of Finance, Treasurer, and the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2023. Prior to this, he served as a Chief Accounting Officer and Controller of the company. Mr. Cates also served as the Vice President - Controller for Apartment Income REIT Corp from 2019 until 2021. He also served as the Corporate Controller at Caliber Midstream Partners, LP from 2016 until 2019. He held various accounting and financial reporting roles at American Midstream Partners, LP from 2013 to 2016, Newmont Mining Corporation from 2012 until 2013, and Thompson Creek Metals Company Inc. from 2009 to 2012.

Mr. John W. Lawrence has been the General Counsel, Secretary and Chief Administrative Officer of the company since 2023. he has over 35 years of legal and engineering experience for publicly traded companies. Previously, he served as General Counsel and Secretary for Ocean Power Technologies, Inc., a renewable energy company providing electric power and communications solutions, and related services for remote offshore applications from June 2014 to January 2022. Mr. Lawrence served as the General Counsel and Secretary for Louisiana Energy Services, LLC, a commercial uranium enrichment facility located in New Mexico and operating under the privately-owned, international consortium known as Urenco, from 2003 to 2008. Prior to 2003 and between 2008 and 2012, he was associated with several national law firms including Winston & Strawn, Shaw, Pittman, Potts & Trowbridge, and LeBoeuf, Lamb, Greene & MacRae.
