Mr. Wan Long has been the Chairman of the company since 2010. Previously, he also served as the Chairman of Shuanghui Development from August 2012 to August 2024. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of the company from October 2013 to August 2021. Currently, Mr. Wan has been the Chairman of Shuanghui Development since August 2012. Earlier, Mr. Wan worked with Henan Luohe Meat Products Processing United Factory and later became the General Manager. He also served as an Executive Director of the China Meat Association from December 2006 to December 2011 and a Senior Consultant of the China Meat Association.

Mr. Guo Lijun has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since 2021. Previously, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of the company from April 2016 to August 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company from January 2014 to March 2016. Prior to this, he served as the Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the company from October 2013 to January 2014. Prior to this, he served as the Director of Smithfield and Shuanghui Development. Previously, Mr. Guo was the Financial Controller of Luohe Chinachem Shuanghui Packaging Industry Co., Ltd. and Luohe Chinachem Shuanghui Plastic Processing Co., Ltd from April 1996 to February 2001. Prior to this, he held various positions in Shuanghui Group, including Deputy Chief Financial Officer, Director, and Director of Finance Department from March 2001 to August 2012. Prior to this, he also served as an Accountant of the Henan Luohe Meat Products Processing United Factory from June 1993 to March 1996. Earlier, Mr. Guo also served as the Executive Vice President of Shuanghui Development from August 2012 to October 2013.

Ms. Yan Kam Yin has been the Chief Financial Officer and a Vice President of the Company since 2021. Previously, she served as the Finance Director of the Company from March 2013 to August 2021. Prior to this, she served at PricewaterhouseCoopers Hong Kong and various large publicly listed companies.

Mr. Chau Ho has been the Chief Legal Officer and Secretary of the company since 2014. Previously, he served as an Assistant to the Chairman at China Rongsheng Heavy Industries Group Holdings Limited from April 2011 to January 2014. Prior to this, he served as the Assistant to the Chairman of Glorious Property Holdings Limited from March 2010 to March 2011. Earlier, Mr. Ho served as a partner at the law firm Koo and Partners from October 1994 to February 2010.
