Mr. George Brack has been the Chairman of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as a Director of Alio Gold Inc., ValOro Resources Inc., Aurizon Mines Ltd., Newstrike Capital Inc., NovaGold Resources Inc., and Red Back Mining Inc. and the Chairman of Alexco Resources Corp. He served as the Managing Director and Industry Head of Mining at Scotia Capital and President at Macquarie North America Ltd. Mr. Brack was the Vice President of Corporate Development at Placer Dome Inc., Vice President in the mining investment banking group at CIBC Wood Gundy and worked on the corporate development team at Rio Algom. Currently, he serves as the Chairman of Capstone Mining Corp.

Mr. Randy Smallwood has been the President, and Chief Executive Officer and a Director of the company since 2011. Prior to this, he served as the President and an Executive Vice President of Corporate Development at the company. He served as the Director of Project Development of Wheaton River Minerals Ltd. and as an Exploration Geologist with Wheaton River Minerals Ltd. Mr. Smallwood served as a Director of Ventana Gold from 2008 to 2011; Castle Peak Resources from 2010 to 2012 and Tigray Resources Inc from 2011 to 2014. He also served on the board of the BC Cancer Foundation. He also serves a Director of Special Olympics BC and Mining4Life, and Co-Chairman of MineralsEd BC.

Mr. Gary Brown has been the Senior Vice President and the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2008. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of TIR Systems Ltd from 2005 to 2007. He also served in senior finance positions at CAE Inc., Westcoast Energy Inc., and Creo Inc. Mr. Brown also served as a Director of Global Battery Metals Ltd. from 2011 to 2022.

Mr. Haytham Hodaly serves as the Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at the company. Prior to this, he served 16 years in the North American securities industry as a Director, Mining Analyst and Global Mining Research at RBC Capital Markets. He served as the Co-Director of Research and Senior Mining Analyst at Salman Partners Inc. Mr. Hodaly serves as a Director of GoldSource Mines Inc, the Denver Gold Group, and NEXE Innovations Inc.

Mr. Curt Bernardi serves as the Senior Vice President of Legal and Secretary at the company. Prior to this, he served as the Director of Legal Affairs at Union Gas. He worked at the law firm of Blake, Cassels & Graydon in the areas of corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate law. Mr. Bernardi serves as a Co-Vice Chairman of Lions Gate Hospital Foundation. He joined the company in 2008.
