Mr. Adam Crozier has been the Chairman of the company since March 2018. Currently, he serves as the Chairman of BT Group plc and Kantar Group. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive of ITV plc from April 2010 to June 2017. He also served as the Chief Executive of Royal Mail and Joint Chief Executive Officer of Saatchi & Saatchi from 1995 to 2000.

Mr. Dominic Paul has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since January 2023. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Domino's Pizza Group PLC and Managing Director at Costa Coffee Ltd. He served as a Senior Vice President of International with Royal Caribbean Cruise Line.

Mr. Hemant Patel has been the Chief Financial Officer and Director of the company since March 2022. Prior to this, he served as Director of Finance, the UK at the company. He also served as Director of Finance at Greene King Pub Co. Previously, he served in various management positions at Asda-Walmart for about 11 years including as Director of Commercial Finance, Director of Strategy, and Director of Own Label. Earlier, he served at Mars, Inc for over six years.

Ms. Rachel Howarth has been the Chief People Officer of the company since July 2021. Prior to this, she served as the Group Director of Human Resources and Managing Director of Netherlands division at SSP Group Plc. She also served at Tesco Plc for over 16 years. Previously, she served as an Officer in the Royal Air Force.

Mr. Nigel Jones has been the Group Operations Director at the company since August 2017. Previously, he served about 27 years at Tesco in various senior positions across Technology, Stores, Procurement, Supply Chain, and all aspects of International Operations.
