Prior to that, he held the position of Managing Director of Deutsche Bank from 2002 to 2003 and as the Managing Director AEA Investors LP from 1998 to 2001. Earlier he served as the Chief Executive Officer of infoGROUP Inc from 1997 to 1998. Mr. Dahnke also serves as the Chief Executive Officer at L Catterton.

Ms. Laura J. Alber has been the Chief Executive Officer, President and Director of the company since 2010. Previously, she served as the President of Pottery Barn Brands of the company from 2002 to 2006. Ms. Karalyn Yearout has been Executive Vice President and Chief Talent Officer of the company since 2019. Prior to this, she served as Chief People Officer, Senior Vice President, Human Resources at Sephora.
