Mr. Carl A. Hess has been the Chief Executive Officer and a Director of the company since January 2022. Prior to this, he served as the President of the company since August 2021. Previously, he served as the Head of Investment, Risk and Reinsurance, Co-Head of North America of the company and as the Managing Director of Towers Watson’s Investment business.

Mr. Andrew J. Krasner has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer at Assured Partners. Previously, he served as Global Treasurer and Head of Mergers and Acquisitions of the company. Earlier, he served with Banc of America Securities (Financial Institutions Group), Deutsche Bank, and PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Ms. Alexis Faber has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company since 2021. Prior to this, she served as the Chief Operating Officer for the Corporate Risk and Broking segment. Previously, she served as the Global Head of Financial Lines of the company. She also served as the Chief Operating Officer of North America Specialty Practices and Practice Leader of the Risk Control and Claims Advocacy Group. Earlier, she worked in investment banking at Citigroup.

Ms. Anne Donovan Bodnar has been the Chief Administrative Officer of the company since May 2019. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Human Resources Officer of the company. Previously, she served as Chief Administrative Officer at Towers Watson in 2010. From 2001 to 2010, she was the Managing Director of Human Resources at Towers Perrin.

Ms. Kristy D. Banas has been the Chief Human Resources Officer of the company since 2021. Previously, she served as the global talent advisor for Human Capital and Benefits, and Operations and Technology and led Global Total Rewards and HR Integration. Prior to joining Willis Towers Watson, she held several HR leadership roles at Willis and XL Group.
