Mr. Martin Read has been the Chairman of the company since 2018. Previously, he served as the Chairman of Laird plc, the Low Carbon Contracts Company, the Electricity Settlements Co, and the Remuneration Consultants Group. Earlier, he served as the Boards of Lloyd’s, Invensys, British Airways, Aegis Group, Boots, Siemens Holdings, ASDA and the UK Government Efficiency and Reform Board.

Mr. James Wroath has been the Chief Executive Officer and a Director of the company since September 2019. Prior to this, he served as the Head of North America of LSG Sky Chefs. Previously, he served as the Senior Vice President of Contract Logistics and Overland Transportation for North America at Kuehne + Nagel and the Managing Director of Drinks Logistics Business for the UK. Prior to this, he served as the Head of Distribution for Scottish & Newcastle plc.

Mr. Tom Hinton has been the Chief Financial Officer, and a Director of the company since 2022. He served as the Chief Finance Officer at Infinis Energy plc, Domestic and General Ltd, and WE Soda Ltd.

Mr. Ian Keilty has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Managing Director of Retail and Consumer of the company since 2018. Previously, he served as the Vice President of European Supply Chain at Sysco, and Chief Operating Officer at Brakes. He held various positions at Booker Group plc and Iceland Stores. Earlier, he served engineering and supply chain roles at Mars, British Gas and Nissan.

Ms. Sally Austin serves as the Chief People Office of the company since 2019. Prior to this, she served as a Director of Human Resources of Costain Group plc in 2014. Previously, she served as a Human Resources at BAE Systems, Coopervision and Eaton Corp.
