Mr. Jonathan Steinberg has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since October 1988. Prior to this, he served as the Chairman of the company from 1988 to 2004. Previously, he served as the Editor-in-Chief of Individual Investor and Ticker magazines published by the company. Mr. Jonathan served as an Analyst of Mergers and Acquisitions Department of Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc., from 1986 to 1988.

Mr. Bryan Edmiston has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since June 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Managing Director at Gleacher & Company, Inc. He also served as a Controller of this subsidiary.

Mr. Jarrett Lilien has been the Chief Operating Officer and President of the company September since 2019. Prior to this, he served as Executive Vice President and the Head of Emerging Technologies from 2017 to 2019. Earlier, he served as the Managing Partner of Bendigo Partners, LLC.; Chief Executive Officer of Kapitall Inc from 2012 to 2014; President and the Chief Operating Officer of E TRADE Financial Corporation; and President and the Chief Brokerage Officer of subsidiary E TRADE Securities.

Mr. David Yates has been the Chief Information Officer of the company since April 2015. Prior to this, he served as Associate Principal, co-led McKinsey’s IT Sourcing Practice at McKinsey & Company from 2009 to 2015. Previously, he worked at Accenture Plc from 2005 to 2007, there he led multinational technology delivery programs; technology roles at Bank of England.

Ms. Marci Frankenthaler has been the Chief Legal Officer of the company since April 2019. Prior to this, she served as the Deputy General Counsel from 2018 to 2019, and Director of Business and Legal Affairs and Associate General Counsel of the company from 2014 to 2017. From 2008 to 2014, she served as the General Counsel of Frederick’s of Hollywood Group Inc. Previously, she was a Partner in the Corporate and Securities department of Graubard Miller.
