Mr. Andrew Ross has been the Chairman of the company since April 2020. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Cazenove Capital Management. Earlier, he was the Chief Executive Officer of HSBC Asset Management (Europe) Limited and Managing Director of James Capel Investment Management.

Mr. Andrew Bell has been the Chief Executive Officer and a Director of the company since 2010. He also serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Witan investment Services Limited., the Chairman of Gabelli Value Plus+ Trust plc and as a Director of Henderson High Income Trust plc. Previously, he served as the Head of Research at Rensburg Sheppards Investment Management Limited. He also served as an Equity Strategist and Co-Head of the Investment Trusts team at BZW and Credit Suisse First Boston. Prior to that, he worked for Shell in Oman.

Mr. James Hart has been the Investment Director of the company since April, 2015. Prior to this, he served as Portfolio Manager of listed investment companies at Cayenne Asset Management Ltd. He also served as an Emerging Market Specialist and Head of Funds at Bank Julius Bar (London) Ltd. Previously, he served as a Research Analyst at a boutique stockbroker.
