Mr. Nicholas T. Long has been the Chairman of the company since May 2023. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of MillerCoors, LLC from 2011 to 2015. Prior to this, he served various roles at Miller Brewing Company including the Chief Executive Officer from 2007 to 2008, and Chief Marketing Officer from 2005 to 2007. Mr. Long held various senior leadership positions at Coca-Cola including Vice President of Strategic Marketing, Global Brands; Vice President of Strategic Marketing Research and Trends; President of Coca Cola’s Great Britain and Ireland Division; and President of the Northwest Europe Division.

Mr. Christopher E. Hufnagel has been the President, Director and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2023. Prior to this, he held various positions of the company including the President of Active Group 2022 to 2023, President of the Merrell brand from 2019 to 2022, President of Cat Footwear from 2018 to 2019, and Senior Vice President and Head of Corporate Strategy from 2013 to 2018. Previously, he served as the Vice President of Retail at Under Armour from 2007 to 2008. He also served as the Vice President of Brand Store Experience at Gap Inc from 2003 to 2007.

Mr. Michael D. Stornant has been the Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President and Treasurer of the company since 2015. Previously, he served as the Vice President of Corporate Finance for the company from 2013 to 2015.

Mr. Bishu Jayaram has been the Chief Supply Chain Officer of the company since December 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President of Global Sourcing for Wolverine World Wide, Inc. Previously, he served various leadership roles at VF Corporation, Avery Denison, Adidas, and Gap, Inc.

Ms. Amy M. Klimek has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer of the company since 2016. Prior to this, she served as the Vice President of Human Resources at the company from October 2014 to May 2016.
