Ms. Linda Chih-Ling Chen has been the Vice Chairman and President of the company since March 2023. She is the President and Director of WRM, and President of Wynn International Marketing, Ltd. She served as a Director of Wynn Resorts, Limited from October 2007 to December 2012 and President of WIML. Prior to joining the company, Ms. Chen was the Executive Vice President of International Marketing at MGM Mirage from June 2000 to May 2002. Previously, she served as the Executive Vice President of International Marketing for Bellagio. She was also involved in the opening of the MGM Grand in 1993 and The Mirage in 1989.

Mr. Craig Billings has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2022 and Director of the company since 2018. He joined Wynn Resorts, Limited as its Chief Financial Officer in March 2017, also served as the President of Wynn Resorts, Limited, and most recently has served as the Chief Executive Officer of Wynn Interactive, Ltd. Previously he held executive and board positions at Goldman Sachs.

Mr. Craig Jeffrey Fullalove has been the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Administrative Officer of the company since July 2022. Prior to this, he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Asian Coast Development Limited. Previously, he served with Deloitte & Touche in various roles within both audit and financial advisory.

Ms. Wen Yu Zou has been the Chief Marketing Officer of the company since February 2023. Prior to this, she served as the General Manager at Paula’s Choice from 2020 to February 2023. Previously, she worked with Tmall International of Alibaba Group Holding Limited and L’Oreal.

Mr. Allan Zeman has been the Chairman of the company since February 2018. Prior to this, he served as the Vice Chairman of the company. He was also a Director of Wynn Resorts, Limited from October 2002 to December 2012. Previously, he served as Chairman of Hong Kong Ocean Park, a major theme park in Hong Kong, from July 2003 to June 2014. Presently, he serves as Director of The Hong Kong Entrepreneurs Fund, The Star Ferry Company Limited, Pacific Century Premium Developments Limited, Fosun Tourism Group, Sino Land Company Limited, Television Broadcasts Limited, Tsim Sha Tsui Properties Limited, Global Brands Group Holding Limited, and as Board Member of the Airport Authority of Hong Kong.
