Mr. Craig S. Billings has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since 2022. He also served as the Chief Financial Officer and President of the company from May 2019 to January 2022. Prior to this, he served as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer at the company. He served as Chairman of NYX Gaming Group from 2015 to 2018; and as Independent Advisor and Investor in the Gaming industry from 2015 to 2017. He also served in various leadership positions at Aristocrat Leisure Limited, including Chief Digital Officer and Managing Director of Strategy and Business Development.

Ms. Julie Cameron-Doe has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since April 2022. Previously, she served as the Chief Financial Officer at Aristocrat Leisure Ltd from 2018 to 2022. She also served as the Group General Manager of Finance at Aristocrat from 2013 to 2018.

Mr. Philip G. Satre has been the Chairman of the company since November 2018. Prior to this, he served as Vice Chairman of the company from August 2018 to October 2018. He served in various senior positions at Harrah’s including as Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Executive Officer of Gaming division, President, Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary. Previously, he served as Director of International Game Technology PLC, Nordstrom Inc, Tabcorp Holdings Ltd (Australia), NV Energy, and Rite Aid Corporation. He also served as Chairman of the Guinn Center for Policy Priorities, and Emeritus Member of the Stanford University Board of Trustees
