Mr. Patrick K. Decker has been the Chief Executive Officer, President and Director of Xylem since March 2014. Prior to joining the company, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Harsco Corporation from 2012 to March 2014; and held various leadership roles at Tyco International’s Flow Control business, including as the President of Tyco Flow Control. Mr. Decker held various financial leadership positions at Bristol-Myers Squibb Company, including nine years of service in Latin America and Asia; and worked as the auditor for Price Waterhouse LLP.

Mr. William Grogan has been the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since October 2023. Prior to this, he served as a Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of IDEX Corporation. Previously he served at Walgreens, Highway Technologies, Crane, and Sears.

Mr. Matthew F. Pine has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company since 2023. Preceding this, he held leadership roles at the Applied Water Systems and Measurement & Control Solutions segments and Xylem Americas. Prior to this, he held various senior and international leadership roles at United Technologies Corporation, Vestas Wind Systems, and Lennox International Inc.

Ms. Claudia S. Toussaint has been the Senior Vice President, Chief Sustainability Officer, and Chief People Officer of the company since 2021. Previously, she served as the Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Barnes Group Inc; General Counsel, Secretary and Chief Ethics Officer of Embarq Corp; and held various positions at Sprint Nextel's predecessor companies. Mr. Toussaint started her career as an attorney at Morrison & Forrester LLP.

Mr. Sai Allavarpu has been the Chief Digital Officer of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as General Manager and Vice President at Danaher and Chief Product Officer at Honeywell. Mr. Allavarpu has also served in various senior positions at NComputing, Citrix Systems, Hewlett Packard, and Sun Microsystems. He has more than 25 years of experience in business leadership, products, and innovation.
