Mr. Kentaro Kawabe has been Chairman of the company since April 2023. Prior to this, he served as a President, Co- Chief Executive Officer of the company from 2021 to 2023. Previously, he served as the Senior Executive Vice President Corporate Officer; President Corporate Officer and Chief Operating Officer of the company. Mr. Kawabe also served as Representative Director at GyaO Corporation (currently GYAO Corporation). Earlier, he served as the Chief Executive Officer and Director at Dennotai Corporation. Mr. Kawabe served as a Director at PIM Corporation.

Mr. Takeshi Idezawa has been the Chief Executive Officer, President, and Director of the company since April 2023. Previously, he served as a Co-Chief Executive Officer of the company. Prior to this, he served as Co-Chief Executive Officer at the company from 2021 to 2023. Earlier, he served in various senior management positions at LINE Corp, A Holdings Corp and NHN Techorus Corp.

Mr. Jungho Shin has been the Director, Chief Product Officer of the company since 2024. He also serves as the Chief Wellbeing Officer of LINE Corporation (currently Z Intermediate Global Corporation)since 2021. Previously, he served as the Group Chief Product Officer of the Z Holdings Corporation (currently LY Corporation) in 2021. Prior to this, he served as a Director of LINE Corporation in 2019. Earlier, he served as the Chief Growth Officer of LINE Corporation in 2014.

Mr. Ryosuke Sakaue has been the Executive Corporate Officer and Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2021. He also serves as the Director of LINE Plus Corporation, Z Financial Corporation, The Japan Net Bank Limited, YJ Card Corporation and Z Intermediate Holdings Corporation; President and Representative Director of Z Corporation Inc. Prior to that, he served as the Executive Vice President and Managing Corporate Officer at Yahoo Japan Corporation. Earlier, he served as the President, and Vice President of Finance Division of Yahoo Japan Corporation.

Ms. Euivin Park has been the Executive Corporate Officer and Chief Technology Officer of the company since 2023. She also serves as the Director, and Group Chief Technology Officer of LINE Corporation. Prior to this, she served as the Director, Chief Technology Officer and Senior Executive Corporate Officer, of LINE Corporation from 2021 to 2022. Previously, Ms. Park worked as the Senior Executive Corporate Officer, Head of game platform development department of LINE Corporation from 2019 to 2021. Earlier, she served as the Executive Officer of NHN Japan Corporation.
