Mr. Kentaro Kawabe has been Chairman of the company since April 2023. Prior to this, he served as a President, Co- Chief Executive Officer of the company from 2021 to 2023. Previously, he served as Senior Executive Vice President Corporate Officer; President Corporate Officer and Chief Operating Officer of the company. Prior to this, Mr. Kawabe served as Representative Director at GyaO Corporation (currently GYAO Corporation). He also served as the Chief Executive Officer and Director at Dennotai Corporation. Mr. Kawabe served as a Director at PIM Corporation.

Mr. Takeshi Idezawa has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of the company since April 2023 and Chief Product Officer of Marketing & Sales and Director of the company since 2022. Previously, he served as a Co-Chief Executive Officer of the company. Prior to this, he served as Co-Chief Executive Officer at the company from 2021 to 2023. Prior to this, he served in various senior management positions at LINE Corp, A Holdings Corp and NHN Techorus Corp.

Mr. Jungho Shin has been the Director and Chief Product Officer of the company since March 2021. He also has been the Director, and Chief Wealth Officer of LINE Plus Corporation. Previously, he served as a board member of Line Corporation, Line Plus Corporation and NHN Japan Corporation. Prior to that, he served as the Chief Sales Officer, Chief Wealth Manager and Chief Growth Officer at Line Corporation. Earlier, he served as the General manager of Corporate Planning Department of Naver Japan Corporation.

Mr. Taku Oketani has been the Director, Senior Managing Corporate Officer and Chief Strategy Officer of the company since 2023. He also serves as the Director, Executive Vice Presidet, Senior Managing Corporate Officer, and President at Yahoo Japan Corporation, Director of PayPay Corporation. Previously, he served as the Senior Vice President, Head of Consumer Business Unit, Head of Product and Marketing Unit and Head of Marketing Strategies Division at Softbank Corp. He also served as the Head of Finance Unit and Corporate Planning Division Head at Softbank Corp. Earlier, Mr. Oketani worked as the Director of LINE MOBILE Corporation.

Mr. Ryosuke Sakaue has been the Senior Managing Corporate Officer and Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2021. He also has been the Director of LINE Plus Corporation, Z Financial Corporation, The Japan Net Bank Limited, YJ Card Corporation and Z Intermediate Holdings Corporation; President and Representative Director of Z Corporation Inc. Previously, he served as the Chief Financial Officer at Gyao Corporation, and Yahoo Japan Corporation. Prior to that, he served as the Executive Vice President and Managing Corporate Officer at Yahoo Japan Corporation. Earlier, he served as the President, and Vice President of Finance Division of Yahoo Japan Corporation.
