Mr. Kenichi Koyano has been the director, senior managing executive officer and chief Financial officer of the company since April 2025. Currently, he serves as General Manager of administration department. Prior to this he served as director and president of Yamada Finance Service co., Ltd. Previously, he served as director, senior executive officer, General manager of administration division and head of management office. He also served as head of finance office. He also served as Managing Executive officer, Deputy General Manager of Administration department of the company.

Mr. Yoshinori Ueno has been the Director, President, and Chief Operating Officer of the company since April 2025. Currently, he serves as a Director and President at Yamada Denki Co Ltd. Previously, he served as the President and General Manager of Sales and Marketing Division Yamada Denki Co Ltd. Prior to this, he served as the Executive Officer of the company. Mr. Ueno served as the Executive Officer of Sales Products Division of the Company. He also served as the Senior Managing Executive Officer and General Manager of Sales Products Division of the company. Earlier, he served as the Senior Managing Executive Officer and General Manager of Sales Products Division. He also served as the Senior Executive Officer and Head of Housing Collaboration Sales Strategy office. Mr. Ueno joined the company as the Head of Sales Strategy office, Sales and Marketing Division. He worked as the Deputy General Manager of New Medium Term Business Plan Promotion Office of Best Denki Co Ltd.
