Mr. Li Wei has been the Chairman of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Deputy Party Secretary, General Manager and a Director of Hualu Holdings Co., Ltd. He also served as the Secretary and Chairman of Shandong Energy Group. Previously, he served as the Vice Chairman of the company.

Mr. Zhao Zhiguo has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2023. He served as the Head of Finance Management Department of Yankuang Energy in 2022. Previously, he served as the Senior Member of the Finance Management Department of Shandong Energy Group Co., Ltd in 2021.

Mr. Zhang Lei has been the Chief Investment Officer of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Yancoal Australia, the Chief Executive Officer of Austar, and the General Manager of Yancoal International Holdings. Previously, he served as the Senior Vice President and Managing Director of SK Greater China in South Korea from 2013 to 2014. He also served as the General Manager of Shell Far East from 2012 to 2013, an Executive Director and the Chief Financial Officer of Chinalco Mining International; and the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Chinalco Overseas Holdings Ltd from 2010 to 2012. Mr. Zhang was the Vice President of Siemens (China) Co., Ltd. and Chief Financial Officer of Siemens Northeast Asia Real Estate Group from 2008 to 2010.

Mr. Kang Dan has been the Chief Safety Office of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Deputy Party Secretary and General Manager of Xinglongzhuang Coal Mine; the Deputy Party Secretary, General Manager, and the Vice General Manager of the Nantun Coal Mine.

Mr. Zhang Zhaoyun has been the Chief Engineer of the company since 2024. He served as the Deputy Secretary of the CPC Dongtan Coal Mine and the General Manager of Dongtan Coal Mine at the Company in 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Engineer of Baodian Coal Mine of the Company in 2022.
