Mr. Ali Y. Koc has been the Chairman of the bank and Koc Financial Services since April 2016. He also serves as the Chairman at various Koc Group companies; President of URAK and Fenerbache Sports Club; A Member of Board at Endeavor Association and DEIK; Vice Chairman of TUSIAD; and a Member of the Global Advisory Council of Bank of America, Harvard University and CFR. Prior to this, he served as the Vice Chairman of Koç Holding in February 2016. He has been a Member of Board of KH since January 2008. Previously, he served as the President of the Corporate Communications and Information Technology Group (ITG). Before to this, Mr. Koc served various senior level positions at KH such as the New Business Development Coordinator and President of ITG from 1997 to 2006. Earlier, he served as an Analyst at Morgan Stanley Investment Bank from 1992 to 1994.

Mr. Gokhan Erun has been the Chief Executive Officer and a Director of the bank since January 2018. He also serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Koc Financial Services and a Member of Boards of the bank’s subsidiaries. Prior to this, he served as the Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Garanti Bank (GB) and a Member of Boards of its subsidiaries from 2015 to 2018. Previously, he served as an Executive Vice President of GB in 2005 and the Chief Executive Officer of Garanti Pension and life in 2004. Earlier, he served as the Senior Vice President of Commercial Marketing and Sales Department of GB from 1999 to 2004. He started his career started in the Treasury Department of GB in 1994.

Mr. Demir Karaaslan has been the Chief Financial Officer of the bank since March 2020. Currently, he also serves as Assistant General Manager of Financial Planning and Administration of the bank since 2016. Previously, he held various positions in the bank. Earlier, he served as Assistant Auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers from September 1999 to December 2004.
