Mr. Anders Gustafsson has been the Chairman of the company since March 2023. He also serves as a Director at Dycom Industries Inc and International Paper Company. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Spirent Communications from 2004 to 2007; and Senior Executive Vice President of Global Business Operations at Tellabs, Inc. from 2000 to 2004. Mr. Gustafsson also held various positions including President of Global Sales, Vice President and General Manager of EMEA and President of Tellabs International at Tellabs, Inc. Earlier, he held various executive positions at Motorola, Inc and Network Equipment Technologies, Inc.

Mr. William J. Burns has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since 2023. Previously, he served as the Chief Product and Solutions Officer of the company from 2018 to 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Embrane and Spirent Communications. Mr. Burns also served in various executive and sales leadership positions at Tellabs Inc.

Mr. Nathan A. Winters has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2021. Previously, he served as the Acting Chief Financial Officer from 2020 to 2021; Vice President of Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis and Business Operations of the company from 2018 to 2021. Prior to this, he held various financial roles at GE. Earlier, Mr.?Winters worked as the Chief Financial Officer of Global Supply Chainfrom 2016 to 2018; and Chief Financial Officer, Life Science BioProcess at GE Healthcare.

Ms. Colleen M. O’Sullivan has been the Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of the company since 2016. Prior to this, she served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Career Education Corp. Ms. O’Sullivan also served as the Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer, Vice President and Controller at Career Education Corp. She also held several finance and accounting roles at Hewitt Associates and Sears Holdings Corporation. Earlier, she held various positions at Arthur Andersen.

Mr. Michael Cho has been the Chief Strategy Officer of the company since 2013. Previously, he served as the Vice President of Strategy from 2010 to 2011; Vice?President, Corporate Development from 2011 until 2013 at the company. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President of Business Development for Healthcare division at Amcor Ltd from 2008 to 2010. Mr. Michael also served as the Vice President of Business Development at CommScope Inc from 2007 to 2008. He also worked as the Vice President of Business Development of Antenna and Cable Products Group from 2005 to 2007, and Director of Corporate Development and Strategy at Andrew Corporation. Earlier, he served as the Consultant at McKinsey Company from 1999 to 2004, and Management Consultant at various companies such as Accenture, and PwC.
