Mr. Hans-Peter Zehnder has been Chairman of the company since 1998. He joined the company in 1985 as the Member of the Management Board. Prior to this, he served as the Head of the instruments division from 1986 to 1988 and the Head of the Radiator division from 1988 to 1992. Mr. Zehnder also served as the Head of Finance at Gebr. Bühler AG, Uzwil.

Mr. Matthias Huenerwadel has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2018. Prior to this, he served as the Member of the Executive Board and the Head of the Flooring Systems and Movement Systems division at Forbo International SA. Mr. Huenerwadel also held various positions in logistics, IT, customer service, sales and marketing at the Franke Group, Aarburg (CH), Ruston (USA) and Bad Saeckingen (DE). He currently serves as a Director of Daedalus Holding AG and Spaeter AG.

Mr. Rene Grieder has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2015. Prior to this, he served as the Head of Group Controlling of the company from 2011 to 2015. He also served as Head of Group Reporting at Zehnder Group from 2009 to 2010. Mr. Grieder also served as the Group Controller at Emhart Glass SA from 2007 to 2009; Controller at Pilatus Aircraft Ltd from 2003 to 2007; and Product Manager of Intercycle SA from 1998 to 2000. He also serves as Member of the Board of imiam AG.

Mr. Jorg Metzger has been the Chief Operating Officer of Radiators, EMEA of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he held various roles at Elster Group and Honeywell Inc., Lorsch (DE) and Atlanta, GA (USA). He currently serves as a Member of the Advisory Board of Engelmann Sensor GmbH (DE).

Ms. Dorien Terpstra has been the Chief Commercial Officer of the company since 2023. Prior to this, she served as the Managing Director of Zehnder Group Netherlands & Belgium from 2021 to 2023. Ms. Terpstra also held Strategic Transformation and Business Development role at Nordic Engineering Firm AFRY from 2018 to 2020.
