Mr. Eric Li is the Chairman of the company. Previously. he served as the Vice Chairman of the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce. Mr. Li founded the company in 1986.

Mr. Daniel Li Donghui has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of the company from 2016 to 2020 and the Chairman of Saxo Bank from 2018 to 2021. Mr. Donghui also served as Director at Geely Automobile Holdings Co., Ltd. from 2011 to 2014. Currently, he serves as the Chairman at LEVC Global; Chairman at Group Lotus; and Director at Proton Holdings.

Mr. Joe Zhang Quan is the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since 2021. He joined the company in 2014 and served in several roles which including the Head of Geely Auto Finance Department; Head of Geely Holding Group Treasury Department; Director of Geely Holding Group Strategic Finance Center and Vice General Manager of Geely Holding Group Financial Management Affairs.

Mr. Zheng Xin has been the Chief Strategy Officer and Vice President of the company since 2024. Previously, he served as Project Management Director of Beijing Jingdian Technology, General Manager of Hangzhou Fuzhaolangfang Technology, and President of Zhejiang Yaoning Technology Group.

Mr. Shen Yuan has been the Chief Technology Officer and Vice President of the company since 2024. Previously, he served as Executive Deputy Director of Zhejiang Green Intelligent Vehicle and Parts Technology Innovation Center.
