Mr. Eli Glickman has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of the company since 2017. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Israel Electric Company from 2011 to 2015. Prior to that, Mr. Eli served as the Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Vice President of Customers of Partner at Orange Cellular Communication.

Mr. Xavier Destriau has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2018. Previously, he served as Chief Financial Officer of Asia and Vice President and Head of Group Financing at CMA CGM. Prior to that, Mr. Xavier served as the Financial Planning and Analysis Manager for Europe at Honeywell Inc

Mr. Eyal Ben-Amram has been the Chief Information Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since July 2015. Previously, he served as the Vice President of Operations at N-trig from January 2010 to June 2015. Prior to that, Mr. Eyal served as the Vice President of Operations at Scitex Vision and Aprion Digital from 1999 to 2002.

Mr. David Arbel has been the Chief Operations Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since July 2015. Previously, he served in senior positions in the Israeli Navy and was honorably discharged after 28 years at the rank of Colonel as Head of the Planning, Maintenance and Logistics Division.

Mr. Yair Seroussi has been the Chairman of the company since 2020. Previously, he served as Chairman at Mediterranean towers from 2017-2019. Prior to that, Mr. Yair served at the Israeli Ministry of Finance in February 1981.
