Mr. Yair Seroussi has been the Chairman of the company since 2020. Previously, he served as Chairman at Mediterranean towers from 2017-2019. Prior to that, Mr. Yair served at the Israeli Ministry of Finance in February 1981.

Mr. Chen Lichtenstein has been the Chief Executive Officer, President and Director of the company. Previously, he served as the Chief Financial Officer at Syngenta Group from 2020 to 2023. Mr. Lichtenstein also served as the President and CEO of ADAMA Ltd

Mr. Sami Jubran has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since 2026. Previously, he served as the Finance Manager overseeing the Caribbean and Central America District, the Pacific Business Unit Finance organization, and Regional Finance Manager of the APAC region.

Mr. Eyal Ben-Amram has been the Chief Information Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since July 2015. Previously, he served as the Vice President of Operations at N-trig from January 2010 to June 2015. Prior to that, Mr. Eyal served as the Vice President of Operations at Scitex Vision and Aprion Digital from 1999 to 2002.

Mr. David Arbel has been the Chief Operations Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since July 2015. Previously, he served in senior positions in the Israeli Navy and was honorably discharged after 28 years at the rank of Colonel as Head of the Planning, Maintenance and Logistics Division.
