Mr. Christopher B. Begley has been the Chairman of the company since August 2023. Previously, he served as Senior Vice President of Abbott’s Hospital Products division. Prior to that, Mr. Begley served as Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Hospira, Inc.

Mr. Ivan Tornos has been the Chief Executive Officer, Director and President of the company since August 2023. Previously, he served as the Chief Operating Officer of the company. Prior to this, he served as the President of Orthopedics in the company. Previously, he served as the President of the Global Urology, Medical and Critical Care Division of Becton, Dickinson and Co.; President of Europe, Middle East and Africa Regions at C.R. Bard; Vice President and General Manager of the Americas Pharmaceutical and Medical/Imaging segments of Covidien International. He has also served as International Vice President of Business Development and Strategy with Baxter International Inc., and prior to that he has held various roles at Johnson & Johnson.

Mr. Suketu Upadhyay has been the Executive Vice President, Finance, Operations & Supply Chain of the company since August 2023. He also served as the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2019. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President of Global Financial Operations at Bristol-Myers Squibb. Mr. Suketu also held financial roles at Johnson & Johnson and AstraZeneca.

Mr. Paul Stellato has been the Vice President, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer of the company since May 2022. Prior to this he served as Vice President, Finance, Global Business Services at Xylem Inc. Prior to this Mr. Stellato served at ITT Corporation, where he held various roles as General Auditor and Manager, Investor Relations. Mr. Stellato spent the early part of his career in public accounting with both Andersen and Ernst & Young.

Ms. Rachel Ellingson has been the Chief Strategy Officer and the Senior Vice President of the company. Prior to this, she served as the Vice President of corporate strategy at St. Jude Medical. She also served as the Vice President of business development and investor relations at AGA Medical. Ms. Ellingson served in several leadership roles in investment banking firms, including Cowen & Company and Bank of America.
