Mr. Ivan Tornos has been the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, and President of the company since May 2025. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Operating Officer of the company. Previously, he served as the President of Orthopedics in the company. Previously, he served as the President of the Global Urology, Medical and Critical Care Division of Becton, Dickinson and Co.; President of Europe, Middle East and Africa Regions at C.R. Bard; Vice President and General Manager of the Americas Pharmaceutical and Medical/Imaging segments of Covidien International. Mr. Tornos also served as the International Vice President of Business Development and Strategy with Baxter International Inc.

Mr. Paul Stellato has been the Vice President, Controller, and Chief Accounting Officer of the company since 2022 and Interim Chief Financial Officer of the company since April 2026. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President, Finance, Global Business Services at Xylem Inc. Previosuly, he served as the General Auditor and Manager, Investor Relations at ITT Corporation.

Ms. Kristen Cardillo has been the Senior Vice President and Chief Communications Officer of the company since March 2025. Prior to this, she served as the Vice President of Corporate Communications of 10x Genomics. Previously, she served as the Vice President of Global Communications and Public Relations for Becton, Dickinson and Company. Ms. Cardillo also served at CareFusion and Cardinal Health.

Ms. Angela Main has been the Senior Vice President, Chief Compliance Officer, and Associate General Counsel for Asia Pacific region of the company since 2015. Prior to this, she served as the Vice President of Legal and Compliance of Asia Pacific of the company from September 2010 to June 2015. She has worked for Covidien in Singapore, Lloyds TSB Bank plc in London and Texas Instruments in its European and Asia Pacific regional offices.

Mr. Jonathan M. Vigdorchik has been the Chief Science, Technology and Medical Affairs Officer of the company since April 2026. Previously, he served as the Chief Medical Technology Advisor, Adult Reconstruction and Hip Implants in the company from August 2025-April 2026. He has also served as Director of Bone Implant Longevity Research at HSS’s Griffin Research Accelerator and previously held leadership roles at NYU Langone Orthopedic Hospital, including Fellowship Director in Adult Reconstruction and Co-Director for the Robotics and Computer-assisted Orthopaedic Surgery Program.
