Mr. Michael McCallister has been the Chairman of the company since 2013. Prior to this, he served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Humana. Mr. McCallister also served on the Board of Directors of National City Corp. Currently, he serves as a member of the Boards of Directors of AT&T and Fifth Third Bank.

Ms. Kristin C. Peck has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since January 2020. Prior to this, she served as a Director and Executive Vice President and Group President, U.S. Operations, Business Development and Strategy of the company from March 2018 to December 2019. Earlier, she served as served as an Executive Vice President and President of the US Operations from May 2015 to February 2018 and Executive Vice President and Group President from October 2012 to April 2015 at Zoetis. Previously, she served as the the Executive Vice President, Worldwide Business Development and Innovation at Pfizer.

Mr. Wetteny Joseph has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served in various leadership roles in the company, including, the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Catalent from February 2018 to May 2021; Vice President and Corporate Controller from 2008; President, Clinical Supply Services, one of the company's principal business units. Mr. Joseph also held several senior financial positions at HD Supply, including Chief Financial Officer of its plumbing and HVAC business unit; and has served as Corporate Controller for Hughes Supply. Mr. Joseph also served as an Auditor and Strategic Financial Advisor at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Ms. Jeannette Ferran Astorga has been the Executive Vice President, Corporate Affairs and Chief Sustainability Officer of the company since January 2022. She also serves as the President of the Zoetis Foundation. Prior to this, she served as the Vice President, Head of Sustainability of Zoetis since September 2020 to 2022; and Vice President of Corporate Responsibility at the Ascena Retail Group. She has held various leadership roles at Ann Inc.

Mr. Jamie Brannan has been the Chief Commercial Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since November 2024. Prior to this, he served as the Executive Vice President and Group President International Operations, Aquaculture and Global Diagnostics for the company from November 2022 to November 2024. Previously, he served as the President of International Operations from June 2021 to November 2022. He also served as the Senior Vice President of the U.K., Ireland and Nordics Cluster from 2016 to 2021. Mr. Brannan joined Zoetis from Mölnlycke Health Care and Surgical Business Director and General Manager for the U.K. and Ireland.
