Ms. Kristin C. Peck has been the Chief Executive Officer and a Director of the company since January 2020. Previously, she served as a Director and as company's Executive Vice President and Group President, U.S. Operations, Business Development and Strategy. Prior to that, she was the company's Executive Vice President and President, U.S. Operations and before that she served as company's Executive Vice President and Group President. Before joining the company, she served at Pfizer Inc as the Executive Vice President, Worldwide Business Development and Innovation.

Mr. Wetteny Joseph has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company since June 2021. Prior to this, he has served in various leadership roles in the company, including, the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Catalent from February 2018 to May 2021; Vice President and Corporate Controller from 2008; President, Clinical Supply Services, one of the company's principal business units. Mr. Joseph has held a variety of senior financial positions at HD Supply, including Chief Financial Officer of its plumbing and HVAC business unit; and has served as Corporate Controller for Hughes Supply, that was acquired by Home Depot. He has also worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers as an auditor and strategic financial advisor.

Ms. Jeannette Ferran Astorga has been the Executive Vice President, Corporate Affairs, Communications and Chief Sustainability Officer of the company since January 2022. Prior to this, she has been Vice President, Head of Sustainability in Zoetis since September 2020; Vice President of Corporate Responsibility at the ascena Retail Group since 2015. She has held various leadership roles at Ann Inc.

Ms. Roxanne Lagano has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources of the company since January 2020. Previously, she was the Executive Vice President, the Chief Human Resources Officer and had responsibility for company's Corporate Communications since 2015. Prior to this, she served as a Senior Vice President of Global Compensation at Benefits and Wellness. Ms. Lagano worked at Pfizer as a Manager of Tax Planning. She also served as the Senior Director of Business Transactions for Human Resource and a Senior Director of Employee Benefits at Pfizer.

Ms. Wafaa Mamilli has been the Chief Digital & Technology Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since January 2020. Prior to this, she served as Chief Information Officer of global business units at Eli Lilly and Company from January 2019 to January 2020; Chief Information Security Officer from March 2016 to March 2019; and Information Officer for the Diabetes Business Unit & Real World Evidence from May 2014 to March 2016.
