Mr. Zhan Chuxin has been the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the company since 2001. Currently, he serves as Chairman at Zoomlion Finance Co Ltd and Hunan Zhicheng Finance Guarantee Co Ltd; and Director at Zoomlion H K Holding Co Ltd, Zoomlion International Trading H K Co Limited, and Zoomlion Capital H K Co Limited. Prior to this, he served as the Head and Deputy Head at the Construction Machinery Research Institute of Changsha. Earlier, he served as a senior research engineer at the Construction Machinery Research Institute of Changsha.

Ms. Du Yigang has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2015. Previously, she also served as the head of the accounting division of Zhuzhou Southern Motor Company Limited. She also served as the financial manager of Hunan IIN-Galaxy Software Development Co Limited and Deputy Head of the financial management division of Zoomlion. Prior to this, she also worked as the Head of the Accounting and Audit Division of Zoomlion. Ms. Yiganag also served in various positions, such as Deputy General Manager of Zoomlion Concrete Machinery Company, Director of Zoomlion Financial Management Center, the General Manager of Zoomlion Financial Management Company, and the vice president of Zoomlion.

MS. Fu Ling has been the Chief Engineer and Vice President of the company since 2015. Previously, she also served as the Deputy General Manager of Zoomlion Environmental Industry Company and the General Manager of Zoomlion Earthmoving Machinery Company. Ms. Ling currently serves as the Vice Chairman of Hunan Association for Science and Technology.
