Mr. Kenny Fihla has been the Group Chief Executive Officer and Director of the group since June 2025. Previously, he was the Deputy Chief Executive Officer at Standard Bank Group and Chief Executive Officer at Standard Bank South Africa.

Mr. Deon Raju has been the Group Financial Director of the group since 2024. He also serves as a Director of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Group Chief Risk Officer at Absa from 2021 and was a member of the Executive Committee. He was the Group Treasurer for five years before that. He has held various roles within Absa, including positions in Enterprise Risk, Finance, Investment Banking, Credit Portfolio Management, and Global Markets.

Mr. Rajal Vaidya is the Chief Risk Officer of the group. Previously, he served as the Chief Risk Officer at Absa Corporate & Investment Bank. Prior to this, he was the Chief Risk Officer for Africa Regional Operations from 2016 to 2019 and held dual CRO positions for both Absa CIB and Africa Regional Operations from 2019 to 2021. He also served as the Head of Consumer Banking for Barclays Africa before taking on the CRO role in March 2016. Mr. Vaidya began his banking career with Citigroup in India, where he held senior positions, including Senior Credit Officer and Chief Risk Officer for Citifinancial India.

Ms. Fatima Newman has been the Chief Compliance Officer of the company since March 2026. Prior to this, she served as Chief Risk Officer at EOH Group Limited. She held senior roles in Absa, EasyHQ, EOH, and MTN South Africa.

Ms. Jeanett Modise has been the Group Chief People Officer of the group since January 2023. Prior to this, she worked with Sanlam Limited and served as the Group Human Resources Director. Previously, she worked with Industrial Development Corporation, SAP, Hewlett Packard, and AngloGold Ashanti.
