Mr. Ken C. Hicks has been the Chairman of the company since June 2023. Previously, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of the company. He also serves as a member of the board of directors of Academy Sports and Outdoors, Inc and as a member of the board of managers of New Academy Holding Company, LLC. He served on the compensation committee of the board of managers of New Academy Holding Company, LLC from 2017 to 2018. Previously, Mr. Hicks served as the Executive Chairman at Foot Locker, Inc. from 2014 to 2015, the Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer from 2010 to 2014, and as the President and Chief Executive Officer at from 2009 to 2010. Before that, he held senior positions at J.C. Penney Company, Inc., Payless ShoeSource, Home Shopping Network, May Department Stores Company, and McKinsey & Company. He also served on the board of directors of Avery Dennison Corporation since 2007 and served on the board of directors of Whole Foods Market, Inc. from May 2017 to August 2017.

Mr. Steven P. Lawrence has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since June 2023. Previously, he served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Merchandising Officer of the company. Prior to this, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Francesca. Previously, Mr. Lawrence worked as the Chief Merchandising Officer of Stage Store from 2012 to 2016. He also held the position of Board of Directors at Francesca from 2016 to 2019.

Mr. Carl Ford has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since July 2023. Prior to this, he served as a Senior Vice President, Finance from 2019 to 2023 at Academy Sports + Outdoors. Previously he served as a Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis and various other leadership roles at Belk, Inc.

Mr. Sumit Anand has been the Chief Information Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since 2025. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Information Officer and Head of Strategy at At Home in Dallas, and Senior Vice President of Business and Technology Transformation at Signet Jewelers. He also held leadership positions at Accenture.

Ms. Brandy Treadway has been the Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer, and Corporate Secretary of the company since August 2025. Prior to this, she served as Senior Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary for RumbleOn, Inc. from February 2024 to April 2025. Prior to that, she served as corporate partner at Martin Powers & Counsel, PLLC from October 2022 to February 2024 and Senior Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary at JCPenney from January 2020 to May 2021.
