Mr. Juan Sartori serves as the Chairman of the company since 2025. Mr Juan also serves as Chairman and founder of Union Group International Holdings, a privately owned investment and private equity management firm he established in 2007. Prior to his current business focus, he served as a Senator of the Uruguayan Parliament from February 15, 2020, to February 15, 2025. He concurrently holds several high-profile sports leadership roles, including co-owner of Sunderland A.F.C., Vice-President of AS Monaco Football Club, and board member of the European Club Association and France's Professional Football League (LFP).

Mr. Mariano Bosch has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2023 and a member of the Board of Directors since 2002. He has over 22 years of experience in agribusiness development. Prior to this, he served as Chief Executive Officer of BLS Agribusiness from 1995 to 2002. Mr. Bosch is currently serving as an independent Board Member of Replay Acquisition Corp. (RPLA) and is associated with many companies such as IDEA, AEA, YPO, AACREA, FPC, and AAPRESID.

Mr. Emilio Federico Gnecco has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2023. He served as Chief Legal Officer for all operations in Argentina, Brazil, and Uruguay and a member of the company's senior management since 2005. Prior to this, he served as a Corporate Law Associate at Marval, O’Farrell & Mairal for more than eight years. Mr. Gnecco has been in charge of Adecoagro’s corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions since 2002. Mr. Gnecco has also experience with the National Civil Court of Appeals of the City of Buenos Aires from 1998 to 2002.
