Mr. Daniel Moloney has been the Chairman of the company since 2020. He also serves as a Director of Poly, Executive Advisor at Siris Capital, LLC. Prior to this, he served as a member of the Board of Directors of TiVo Corporation from 2013 to 2020. He also served as the President of Motorola Mobility, Inc. Previously, he worked as the President of the Home & Networks Mobility business of Motorola from 2002 to 2006.

Mr. Paul E. Davis has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Legal Officer and President of the IP Licensing business of Xperi. He also served as the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Xperi Corporation. Previously, Mr. Davis worked as the Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Tessera Technologies, Inc. from 2013 to 2016. He joined the company in 2011. Earlier, he worked as an attorney at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP.

Mr. Keith A. Jones has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President of Finance and Interim Chief Financial Officer at Rambus. He also served as the Chief Accounting Officer, Corporate Controller and Vice President of Finance at Rambus. Previously, Mr. Jones worked as the World-Wide Corporate Controller, Vice President of Finance and the Principal Accounting Officer at ShoreTel Inc from 2011 to 2018. Earlier, he served as the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance at PDF Solutions, Inc., from 2003 to 2010. He also held various senior leadership positions at Interwoven, Inc. from 2001 to 2003 and e-Time Capital, Inc. from 2000 to 2001. Mr. Jones also worked as an Audit Manager at Deloitte & Touche LLP from 1994 to 2000.

Mr Bill Thomas has been the chief strategy officer. Prior to this Mr. Bill served as Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President at VideoLabs. He also held senior IP licensing and business development leadership roles at NAGRA and Intellectual Ventures. Mr. Bill also served as an advisor, board member, and operating executive for IP-backed technology companies, supporting M&A, capital formation, and IP monetization strategies. Prior to this Mr. Bill was a strategy consultant at Deloitte Consulting and held leadership roles at JPMorgan Chase.

Mr. Serhad Doken is the Chief Technology Officer of the company. Prior to this, he served as a Director of Innovation & Product Realization at Verizon. Previously, he served as the Vice President of Innovation Partners at InterDigital. He also held positions at Qualcomm, Cisco Systems, Nortel Networks and PSI AG.
