Mr. Shantanu Narayen has been the Chairman and the Chief Executive Officer of the company since January 2017. He also serves as the Director of Pfizer Inc. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Operating Officer and President of the company. Previously, he worked as the Executive Vice President of Worldwide Product Marketing and Development; and Senior Vice President of Worldwide Products. He joined the company in January 1998 as the Vice President and General Manager of Adobe’s Engineering Technology Group.

Mr. Daniel Durn has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Finance, Technology Services and Operations of the company since 2021. Previously, he served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Applied Materials from 2017 to 2021. Prior to this, Mr. Durn served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at NXP Semiconductors N.V. from 2015 to 2017. He also served as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Finance and Administration at GlobalFoundries. Earlier, Mr. Durn served as the Head of Mergers and Acquisitions and Strategy and Managing Director at Mubadala Technology Fund, and Vice President of Mergers and Acquisitions at Goldman Sachs & Company.

Mr. Mark Garfield has been the Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer and Corporate Controller of the company since 2018. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President of Finance of Cloudflare, Inc from 2017 to 2018 and as the Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of Symantec Corporation from 2014 to 2017. Earlier, he worked as the Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of Brightstar Corporation from 2013 to 2014. Mr. Garfield served as a Director of Finance at Advanced Micro Devices from 2010 to 2012. He also served in various finance positions at LoudCloud and Ernst and Young.

Mr. Scott Belsky has been the Chief Strategy Officer and Executive Vice President of Design and Emerging Products of the company since 2023. He also serves on the board of Globality. Previously, he served as the Chief Product Officer and Executive Vice President of Creative Cloud of the company since 2017. Prior to this, he served as the Venture Investor at Benchmark from 2016 to 2017. Mr. Belsky also served as an Advisor and Investor at Pinterest, Uber and Warby Parker and Chief Executive Officer of Behance.

Ms. Gloria Chen has been the Chief Human Resources Officer and Executive Vice President of Employee Experience of the company since 2020. Prior to this, she served as the Executive Vice President of Strategy and Growth and Senior Vice President of Strategy and Growth of the company. Earlier, she served as the Vice President and Chief of Staff to the Chief Executive Officer of the company. Ms. Chen joined the company in 1997. She also worked as an engagement manager at McKinsey & Company.
