Mr. Shantanu Narayen has been the Chairman and the Chief Executive Officer of the company since January 2017. He also serves as the Director of Pfizer Inc. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Operating Officer and President of the company. Previously, he worked as the Executive Vice President of Worldwide Product Marketing and Development, and Senior Vice President of Worldwide Products. He joined the company in January 1998 as the Vice President and General Manager of Adobe’s Engineering Technology Group.

Ms. Jillian Forusz has been the Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer, and Corporate Controller of the company since 2024. Previously, he served as the company’s Vice President, Corporate Controller from February 2022 to August 2024, Vice President, Accounting & Operations from November 2019 to February 2022 and Senior Director from November 2015 to November 2019. Ms. Forusz held various finance leadership positions at Adobe between November 2007 and November 2015. Prior to joining Adobe, Ms. Forusz worked in the Audit practice at Deloitte.

Mr. Scott Belsky has been the Chief Strategy Officer and Executive Vice President of Design and Emerging Products of the company since 2023. He also serves on the board of Globality. Previously, he served as the Chief Product Officer and Executive Vice President of Creative Cloud of the company since 2017. Prior to this, he served as the Venture Investor at Benchmark from 2016 to 2017. Mr. Belsky also served as an Advisor and Investor at Pinterest, Uber and Warby Parker and Chief Executive Officer of Behance.

Ms. Lara Balazs has been the Chief Marketing Officer and Executive Vice President, Global Marketing of the company since December 2024. She served as the Executive Vice President, General Manager, Strategic Partnership Group and Chief Marketing Officer of Intuit Inc from February 2021 to September 2024. Ms. Balazs served as Senior Vice President, Chief Marketing Officer of Intuit from November 2018 to February 2021. She served as Vice President, Worldwide Marketing, Prime, and North America, of Amazon.com Inc from November 2017 to July 2018. Ms. Balazs held various leadership roles at Visa Inc, including Senior Vice President, Head, North America Marketing; Head of Global Product Marketing Strategy and Planning; Head, Global Innovation Marketing; Head of Global and US, General Consumer Marketing; and Senior Director, U.S. Marketing from January 2006 to September 2017. Ms. Balazs served in various marketing management roles at Nike Inc and Gap Inc from 2001 to 2004. Currently, he serves on the board of directors of Frontdoor Inc.

Ms. Louise Pentland has been the Chief Legal Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since 2025. She served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel at Roku. She served as Executive Vice President and Chief Counsel for Disney Experiences and Products. She also served as Chief Legal Officer at PayPal and Nokia.
