Mr. Thomas R. Stanton has been the Chairman since 2007 and the Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2005. He also serves on the board of Alabama (EDPA) and BancorpSouth. He serves as Chief Executive Officer of Adtran Networks, SE. Prior to this, he served as an executive for Transcrypt International and held several senior management positions with E. F. Johnson Company. Mr.Stanton has served on the board of directors for a number of technology companies and is a past chairman of the board for both the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta’s Birmingham Branch, and the Telecommunications Industry Association (TIA).

Mr. Timothy Santo has been the Senior Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Office of the company since March 2025. Previously, he worked as Chief Financial Officer at Conn’s, Inc. from February 2024 to March 2025. Prior to that, he was Interim Chief Financial Officer of Conn’s, Inc from November 2023 to February 2024 and Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of Conn’s, Inc from April 2023 to November 2023.

Mr. Christoph Glingener has been the Chief Technology Officer of the company since 2023. He also serves as the Chief Technology Officer and Management Board member of Adtran. Prior to this, he served as Chief Technology Officer of ADVA. Prior to this, he worked with Marconi Communications and Siemens Communications.

Mr. James D. Wilson, Jr has been the Chief Revenue Officer of the company since 2019. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President of Technology and Strategy at the company from 2015 to 2019. Mr. Wilson also worked as the Senior Vice President and General Manager of Carrier Networks division of the company from 2006 to 2015. Previously, he served as the Vice President of Product Marketing, Director of Carrier Networks Product Management, Product Manager and Product Support Engineer of the company.
