Mr. Rhea J Posedel has been serving as the Chairman of the company since 1977. Previously, he also served as the Chief Executive Officer from 1977 to 2012 and President from 1977 to 2000 of the Company. Prior to this, Mr. Posedel served at Lockheed Martin Corporation, Ampex Corporation, Ampex Data Systems Corporation and Cohu, Inc.

Mr. Gayn Erickson has been the Chief Executive Officer, President and Director of the company since 2012. Previously, he served as the Corporate Officer and Senior Vice President and General Manager at Verigy's memory test business at Verigy Ltd from 2006 to 2011. Prior to this, Mr. Erickson was the Vice President of Marketing and Sales for Semiconductor Memory Test products at Agilent Technologies, Inc. He also served at Automated Test Group of Hewlett Packard Company.

Mr. Chris Siu has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Finance since June 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President of Finance, Corporate Treasurer, and Chief Accounting Officer at Ultra Clean Technologies from 2019 to 2023. Previously, he served at GlobalFoundries Inc, Trident Microsystems, Inc, Ernst & Young LLP and Deloitte & Touche LLP.

Mr. Adil Engineer has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company since 2022. Previously, he served as Head of Operations at Tecan Group AG. Prior to this, he served at KLA-Tencor Corporation, Coherent, Inc and Kateeva, Inc.
