Ms. Elizabeth E. Tallett has been the Chairman of the company since May 2018. Previously, she served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Transcell Technologies Inc, President at Centocor Pharmaceuticals and Principal at Hunter Partners, LLC. She also served as a Director of Meredith Corporation, Principal Financial Group Inc, and Coventry Health Care, Inc from 1998 to 2013.

Ms. Gail K. Boudreaux has been the President, Chief Executive Officer, and Director of the company since 2017. Prior to this, she served as the Chief Executive Officer at GKB Global Health, LLC. Previously, she served as the Chief Executive Officer of United HealthCare, President, and Executive Vice President at UnitedHealth Group Inc. Ms. Boudreaux also served as the Executive Vice President of Health Care Service Corporation, President of Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois.

Mr. Mark B. Kaye has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since November 2023. Previously, he served as the Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President, and President at Moody’s Corporation. Earlier, he served as a Senior Vice President and Head of Financial Planning and Analysis at Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company.

Mr. Ronald W. Penczek has been the Chief Accounting Officer of the company since December 2015 and Controller since November 2015. He served as Vice President and Controller from 2013 to 2015. Prior to this, he was Vice President and Assistant Controller from 2008 to 2013 and held other roles in finance department from 2006 to 2008. Previously, he served as a Staff Vice President at CNA Insurance from 2000 to 2005 and held various positions at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP from 1992 to 2000.

Mr. Kyle Weber has been the Interim Chief Marketing Officer of the company since 2024 and is its Chief Strategy Officer since 2021. Previously, he served as a Partner at McKinsey & Company and also worked with Booz & Company. Earlier he served as a Corporate Attorney at Goodwin Law.
