Mr. Rahmi M. Koc has been the Chairman of the company since 1984. Prior to this, he served as the Chairman of the International Chamber of Commerce from 1995 to 1996. Previously, he served as the Vice Chairman of the Board of Trustees at Vehbi Koc Foundation, and Chairman of the Board of Trustees at Koç University. Prior to that, he also served as the Chairman of the Rahmi M. Koc Museum and Cultural Foundation and the Vehbi Koc Foundation American Hospital. Mr. Koc joined the Koc Group in 1958.

Mr. Omer M. Koc has been the Vice Chairman of the company since 2008. Currently, he has been the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Koç Holding since 2016. Prior to this, he was the Financing Coordinator, Vice President, and President of the Energy Group at Koç Holding. He became a Member of the Board of Directors of Koç Holding in 2004. Previously, he also works as the Vice President of the High Advisory Council of the Turkish Industry and Business Association, Chair of the Board of Trustees at the Turkish Education Foundation, Chair of the Board of Directors of Geyre Foundation, Chair of the Board of Directors of Yapi Kredi Kultur Sanat Yayincilik. He was also the Chair of the Board of Trustees at Istanbul Kultur Sanat Foundation, Chair of the Board of Directors of Tüpras, Chair of the Board of Directors of Tofas, and a Member of the Board of Directors at some other companies held by the Koç Group.

Mr. C. Can Dincer has been the Director and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2025. Prior to this, he was the Chief Commercial Officer of Turkey and South Asia and Assistant General Manager of Turkey. Previously, he served as the Sales Director of Subsidiaries, USA, Asia-Pacific from 2012 to 2015. He also served as the International Sales Manager, CIS and Other Countries from 2000 to 2005, International Sales Director at European Foreign Markets from 2005 to 2009, and the Sales Director of Europe, USA, Asia-Pacific from 2009 to 2012. Earlier, he served as the Regional Sales Manager in the Export Department of the company in 1995. Mr. Dincer joined Arcelik A.S. in 1993.

Mr. Baris Alparslan has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2024. Prior to this, he was the Finance Coordinator at Koç Group from 2019 to 2023. Previously, he held the roles of Investment Banking Vice President and Director at Deutsche Bank from 2014 to 2018. Mr. Alparslan also worked as an Investment Banking Associate at Nomura Bank International Plc., CEE, CIS & Turkey from 2010 to 2011, at Deutsche Bank A.S. from 2011 to 2014.

Mr. Fatih Ozkadi has been the Chief Sustainability, Quality and Customer Care Officer of the company since 2023. Prior to this, he served as Executive Director of Quality, Sustainability and Corporate Affairs of the company from 2020 to 2023. He also served as Director of Sustainability and Corporate Affairs of the company. Previously, he served as President of the Environmental Committee of Koç Group from 2014 and 2016.
