Includes Bostik and all of Arkema’s adhesives, glues and sealants for the construction and DIY markets, as well as a large number of industrial markets. Its main business line includes sealants, walls and floor, consumer/DIY, durable goods, packaging and non- woven. Sealants provides sealing, insulation and waterproofing solutions. Walls and floors provide floor and wall preparation products, tile, wall, floor and ceiling adhesives. Consumers/DIY includes adhesive solutions for repairs, attachment, assembly, decoration and renovation. The durable goods industrial assembly business line includes assembly (electronics, engineering adhesives), automotive and other means of transport (air, rail, etc.). Packaging includes packaging, labels and tapes. In FY2025, the segment incurred a capital expenditure of EUR83 million, which declined 6.7% YoY.

Overview
Comprises acrylics and coating resins and additives business lines. The Coating Resins and Additives business line comprises two businesses, namely, coating resins and rheology additives (Coatex). The coating resins business operates worldwide, with sites in the US, Europe, Asia and South America and R&D centers in Europe and the US. The rheology additives business manufactures acrylic- based polymers that are used as dispersants and thickeners. The main applications for these high-growth specialty chemical activities are in the paper, paint, water treatment, cosmetics, textile and concrete industries. Coatex has industrial sites and storage facilities in Europe, the US, Asia and Latin America. In FY2025, the segment incurred a capital expenditure of EUR177 million, which grew 25.5% YoY.

Includes thiochemicals, fluorogases, polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) and asia arylics. Thiochemicals includes chemical intermediates for animal feed, petrochemicals and refining, natural gas odorization, solvents, pharmaceuticals and cosmetics. Fluorogases manufactures and markets a range of HCFC and HFC products under the Forane brand. These gases are used in refrigeration, air-conditioning and foam and as feedstock for fluoropolymers.
